Do you have seeds to spare?

While we’ll take pumpkin seeds from anywhere, please donate only flower, herb and other vegetable seeds from your garden harvest. Seeds from many fruits and vegetables bought at the grocery store won’t reproduce because the parent is a hybrid variety.

You don’t need to do anything but put the seeds in a baggie and label them. We’ll take care of the rest.

Leave them in the marked seed donation jar near the Lost and Found rack in the lobby or put the closed, dry baggies on my desk in the library office.

Stacey, We have a TON of seed pods hanging on our Red Bud trees. Are you interested? Rita
